SCV Water offers up to $200 to purchase and install a pool cover on your in ground pool.  In order to be eligible, residents would need to buy a qualifying pool cover and upload proof of purchase with photos of the pool cover installed.   Select "Get Started" under the Pool Cover tab to apply.
